Our privilege card gives you discounts (10-25%) in the best clinics and salons of Harley Street, Knightsbridge and Belgravia and elsewhere. In addition you will be helping a major UK charity, Changing Faces, which helps to manage both the distress of facial disfigurement and manage our perceptions of it - 10% paid by each member for their card £50 for the pink (UK services ) and £100 (UK and international services) for the platinum goes to the UK registered charity Changing Faces.

1) The ELIXIR MAKEOVER MILES privilege card(the scheme) is operated by www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London).
2) The scheme and it�s benefits are offered at the sole discretion of www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London).
3) www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London) reserves the right to change any of the terms, conditions, discounts orbenefits pertaining to the scheme at its sole discretion.
4) All interpretations of the terms & conditions shall be at the discretion of www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London).
5)www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London reserves the right to terminate the card of any person who violates the terms & conditions or where there is reasonable grounds for suspecting dishonesty, fraud or theft in connection with the scheme.
6) www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London) reserves the right to take appropriate action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
7) Nothing in the terms & conditions shall be construed to create or establish a partnership or joint venture with the scheme�s discounts and benefits have no cash value and no cash alternatives are available.
8) The card remains the property of www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London).
9) The card may only be used by the cardholder.
10)The card holder must sign the card on receipt and prior to first use.
11)The card must not be used after the period for which it is valid.

13)Each cardholder is responsible for notifying www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London) of any changes to
address or other contact details.
14) Each cardholder is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the terms & conditions and is encouraged to check www.thevitalityshopuk.com
15) Should a cardholder wish to return their card, a refund less £20 to cover administration will be given - provided
www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London) is notified within 14 days of the card�s despatch date and provided the card is returned to www.thevitalityshopuk.com (London). No refunds will be given if the card is not received or if termination
notice is given more than 14 days after despatch date.
16) Lost or destroyed cards will be replaced at a charge of £10
